Almostadoctor iphone app + updated mobile version for other devices!

 For quick reference on the go, almostadoctor now has a mobile version, and an iphone web-app.

To use our mobile site, just visit almostadoctor from your mobile device. We’ve had a mobile edition for a while, but with some nifty new updates, you can now search, and view all the extra features of almostadoctor (including blogs, and forums) straight from your phone. 
As an added bonus for iphone users, we also have a 'web-app'. To install our app, just visit from your iphone, then tap ‘+’ on the browsers bottom bar, then ‘add to homescreen’, and you will have access to almostadoctor with just one touch!



Bloggers Wanted!

write a blog for almostadoctor free medical revision notes for medical students. You can write blog how to revisie, medical finals, anecdotes, jokes, mnemonics, anything you like! is looking for enthusiastic medical students, doctors and other medical professionals, wherever you are based, to write a few words each week for the almostadoctor blog.
We want the front page of to become the place for all the latest relevant news, advice, anecdotes, and events all around the UK (not just a big long list of ‘site update’ posts, as it is now!)

Brilliant new medical student website launched! –!

The almostadoctor team is very proud to announce their new project – is a free medical video library, with hundreds of videos. Its easy to search, rate and comment on videos, and is designed for medical students and professionals.
At the moment we’re still building up our library, and we need your help… just sign up to (its takes a few seconds), and add any great medical videos you stumble across on video sites (youtube, vimeo etc), and you can even create and upload your own!
