So summer has been and gone, hundreds of new medical students have gone to university, hundreds of medical students have moved into hospitals and hundreds of doctors have qualified who used www.almostadoctor.com to revise for finals! We’re going into our third year and are determined to get bigger, better and help as many of you as possible pass whatever exams you may have coming up. Updates galore so read on and let us know what you want by commenting at the bottom!

     Firstly a huge Congrats to Tom Leach who founded the site; he qualified from Manchester Medical School this summer. He’s now working as a F1 but is still heavily involved in running and improving the site.

   We’ve been working hard over the summer talking to and making  links with lots of  institutions and companies so that Almostadoctor.com can be as useful to you as possible, we hope to announce some of these in the next couple of weeks so keep an eye out for those!

   As we all become more mobile learning (Leeds with their IPhones and Manchester with IPads) we know we have to adapt and change with you, and despite it being a huge task are getting agonisingly closer to making “an app for that”. We want to make sure it is perfect when it launches so are just making a few last minute touches, it won’t disappoint!

   But we don’t forget where we’ve come from; there will be more notes, more flashcards, more mindmaps and more reviews. To do this, we need YOUR HELP. Anything you can do can and will make a difference to our site so please get involved.
