Very exciting news! For his work on almostadoctor, our founder, Dr Tom Leach has been named as one of the ‘Top Medical Innovators’ by the Health Service Journal in their latest edition.

Named alongside actual real import people who’ve done proper stuff, including Sir Bruce Keogh (Medical Director of the NHS), Ben Goldacre, and loads of top Consultants around the UK, the Judges said Tom is  “A young doctor doing interesting things. That’s the kind of person I’d like us to be recognising.”

So, we want to thank you all for using almostadoctor, telling your friends about it, sharing our stuff on facebook twitter, pinterest and allsorts of other places and generally making it a huge, huge success!

We’ve got some nice surprises just around the corner (hopefully some later this week, and some more in the next couple of months) so stay tuned for some more almostadoctory goodness!
