  • I – Infection (CMV, HEP, HIV, TB, parasitic (malaria)). EBV is the most common community acquired
    • Inflammation – sarcoid, amyloid
  • C – Congestion; portal hypertension
  • A – Autoimmune(RA, SLE)
  • G – Glycogen storage disorders
  • O – Other – amyloidosis, sarcoidosis
